Your role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions
- Continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
