Position: Community Wellbeing Advisor
As a Community Wellbeing Advisor at Babcock Center, you will play a pivotal role in creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for individuals in need. Your responsibilities will include developing personalized support plans, coordinating community resources, and advocating for the wellbeing of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing individual needs and developing tailored support plans
- Connecting clients with appropriate community services and resources
- Advocating for the rights and wellbeing of individuals with diverse abilities
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
