Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion awareness
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to create inclusive policies and programs
Organize and lead diversity training sessions and workshops
Act as a resource for employees on diversity-related matters
Monitor and assess diversity metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion
Experience in developing and implementing diversity initiatives is a plus
