Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, plan, and execute innovative travel experiences that captivate and inspire.
Develop strategic partnerships and cultivate relationships within the travel industry to enhance our portfolio of offerings.
Utilize data-driven insights to craft personalized excursions that cater to diverse traveler preferences and interests.
Lead the strategic vision for the overall excursion experience, ensuring seamless integration of services and activities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the quality and uniqueness of our excursions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in designing and implementing experiential travel programs within the leisure services industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical capabilities to assess opportunities for growth and optimization.
