Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with franchise partners
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees regarding operational procedures
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines and standards
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for franchisees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
