Position: School Facilities Enhancement Specialist

As a School Facilities Enhancement Specialist at Nevada State Education Association, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our educational facilities provide a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment for both students and educators. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of various projects aimed at improving our school buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess facility needs and develop enhancement plans
Manage construction and renovation projects to ensure quality and timely delivery
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to execute projects within budget constraints
Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility compliance with safety regulations
Provide guidance and support to school staff on facility-related matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
