Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute facility improvement projects
- Oversee renovation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and cost savings
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for construction and renovation services
- Implement sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices in facility management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management, project management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
