We are excited to announce an opening within our Nairobi Metropolitan Services for a key position in our People Engagement Department. We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about fostering an inclusive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
Role: People Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
- Plan and execute team-building activities and events
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve the overall employee experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in employee engagement or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
