Greetings from Borgarfjordur Community Technology Association! We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join us in the capacity of a Cultural Diversity & Inclusion Specialist.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of cultural diversity and possess the skills to promote inclusivity within our community. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to foster a culture of respect, equity, and inclusion.
Key duties of the role include conducting diversity training, coordinating multicultural events, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are integrated into all aspects of our organization.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a proactive approach to promoting diversity and inclusion. Previous experience in implementing diversity programs and a commitment to advocating for underrepresented communities are highly desirable.
