Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee the comprehensive planning and coordination of various development projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and community needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and local residents, to foster collaboration and support for project initiatives.
  • Site Evaluation: Conduct detailed evaluations of potential development sites to assess their suitability for various projects, taking into account zoning laws, environmental impact, and other crucial factors.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources while seeking opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures throughout the development process to ensure that all projects meet our organization’s high standards and the expectations of stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local, regional, and national regulations, including environmental laws, construction codes, and safety standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and milestones to senior management, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in site development, urban planning, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as knowledge of GIS technology and spatial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
