Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
- Oversee the offer and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in the use of recruitment software and tools.
