The Montana Historical Society is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring an efficient and effective hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Source and attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage job postings on various platforms
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
