Cultural Events Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Cultural Events Coordinator to join our team at Troms Kraft Varme AS in Troms og Finnmark, Norway. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and organizing a wide range of cultural events that celebrate diversity and inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute cultural event concepts that promote diversity and showcase different cultures.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of each event.
Manage event marketing and promotion to attract a diverse audience.
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in planning and organizing events, preferably in a multicultural setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.
