Zug Youth Sports Foundation in Zug, Switzerland is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as the Director of Athlete Development. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about helping young athletes achieve their full potential in their chosen sport.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for youth athletes
Provide leadership and guidance to coaching staff
Evaluate and monitor the progress of athletes
Create opportunities for athletes to compete at a high level
Collaborate with sports organizations and schools in the region

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
Proven experience in coaching or sports management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Passion for youth development and sports excellence
