Position Available: Guest Experience Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the Giraffe Centre
- Providing information and guidance about the giraffes and the conservation work we undertake
- Ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests
- Handling inquiries and resolving visitor concerns effectively
- Supporting the overall mission of the Giraffe Centre through excellent guest service
Qualifications:
- Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is a plus
- Fluency in English and Swahili is required
