Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking.
Conduct interviews and screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
