Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in our programs
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, volunteers, and community partners
Organize and oversee events and activities to promote our mission and values
Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of our initiatives and improve future strategies
Create engaging content for social media platforms and other communication channels

Requirements:

A passion for community engagement and social impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience in event planning and public relations is a plus
Fluency in German and English
