Position: Spatial Design Specialist

Location: Castile-La Mancha, Spain

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative spatial concepts in line with the company's vision and requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design projects
Oversee the construction progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Review and optimize spatial layouts for maximum functionality and aesthetic appeal

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
Proven experience in spatial design and construction management
Strong proficiency in design software and relevant tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
