As an Empowerment Engineer, you will orchestrate the remodeling and reinvention of our event spaces, elevating the concert experience for our audiences. Your role will involve envisioning innovative architectural solutions, managing renovation projects, and collaborating with a talented team of artists, architects, and craftsmen.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can infuse creativity and functionality into every aspect of our venue construction, ensuring that each project reflects the spirit and grandeur of the music we bring to life on stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of venue renovation projects with a focus on artistic flair and technical precision.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that construction projects align with the New Haven Symphony Orchestra's artistic vision.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Identify opportunities for sustainable design and implement eco-friendly practices in construction and renovation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to blend artistic vision with technical expertise in architectural design.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
