Job Description:

Research and analyze urban development projects with a focus on sustainability and innovation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to design environmentally friendly construction solutions
Implement strategies to enhance energy efficiency and reduce the environmental footprint of urban projects
Evaluate and recommend sustainable materials and practices for construction and real estate development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Architecture, or related field
2+ years of experience in sustainable urban development or a related field
Strong knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
