In this role, you will be at the forefront of bridging different cultures, enhancing inclusivity, and promoting unique experiences for our community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to celebrate diversity within the local sports and entertainment industry.
Organize events that promote multiculturalism and showcase a variety of talents.
Establish partnerships with diverse groups to foster a more inclusive environment.
Collaborate with local artists, performers, and athletes to create engaging cultural programs.
Contribute to the overall growth and diversity of the local economy through cultural initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Event Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning, community outreach, or cultural exchange programs is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of community engagement.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
