Collaborate with various departments to develop creative solutions for enhancing accessibility and participation for individuals with disabilities.
Research innovative technologies and methodologies to improve the overall experience of our programs and services.
Drive the development of new initiatives and projects that promote inclusion and diversity.
Lead brainstorming sessions and participate in strategic planning meetings to cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization.
