As a Senior Compliance Specialist at GraceMed Health Clinic, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with our legal team and senior management to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues
Developing and updating compliance policies and procedures
Providing guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
Investigating any reported compliance violations and taking appropriate corrective action
Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
