Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Agder og Rogaland. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rogaland Shipbuilders, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the maritime industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for technical positions within the maritime sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus.
