As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BD, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization, ensuring that we continue to build a diverse and talented workforce. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
