Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the aviation or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
