• Candidate Experience Enhancement: Design and maintain a streamlined, engaging recruitment process that champions transparency and responsiveness, delivering an excellent experience to all applicants.
• Workforce Planning Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership across departments to forecast staffing needs, ensuring alignment with project timelines, company growth objectives, and evolving market demands.

What You Bring to Capital Region Construction
