About the Role

The Consumer Insights Specialist will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and communicating data related to consumer activities and market developments. This position plays an instrumental role in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights that guide product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and digital services, to ensure that the consumer perspective remains central to all business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute consumer behavior studies to capture qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyze patterns and trends in purchasing and usage data to forecast future behaviors.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to align insights with business goals and market strategies.
• Maintain and enhance tools and methodologies for ongoing consumer feedback collection.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and adopt best practices for data interpretation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and strategic thinking. We welcome applicants with the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline with a focus on consumer behavior.
• Proven experience in roles involving data analysis, consumer trends, or strategic planning.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software, such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent capability to interpret complex data and translate it into coherent and persuasive narratives.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and adapt to evolving project demands.
