About The Role

As a Visual Experience Developer within Comcast’s creative division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping multimedia content that captivates millions of users nationwide. Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop high-quality visual assets including digital interfaces, motion graphics, and interactive elements aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product design, and engineering to ensure consistency and innovation across all media channels.
Utilize industry-standard software tools to create, prototype, and iterate on visual components that deliver seamless user experiences.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in visual communication and incorporate best practices to continually elevate Comcast’s creative output.
Participate in creative strategy sessions to generate new ideas that push brand storytelling boundaries and resonate with diverse audiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong portfolio that highlights conceptual creativity and technical proficiency relevant to digital media creation. The following qualifications are essential:

A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or closely related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience producing visual content for digital platforms.
Advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or other contemporary creative software.
Proficient understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how visual elements influence interaction and engagement.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated capacity for constructive collaboration.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for perfecting aesthetics and ensuring brand consistency.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent projects effectively.
Experience in animation, video editing, or 3D visualization is a significant advantage.
