Position Overview

In this capacity, you will be responsible for designing and delivering multifaceted developmental programs tailored to the evolving needs of global security actors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning initiatives designed to enhance strategic capabilities among diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to identify critical skill gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Lead and moderate interactive seminars, workshops, and simulation exercises that foster professional growth and experiential learning.
  • Evaluate program efficacy through measurable outcomes and continuous improvement processes.
  • Contribute to GCSP’s thought leadership by authoring analytical reports and white papers that reflect the evolving security environment.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ professional engagement with international organizations, governmental bodies, or reputable think tanks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic program development, facilitation, or adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral; proficiency in additional UN languages is an asset.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and dynamic environments.
