Position Overview: Site Development Coordinator

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in planning, overseeing, and coordinating all groundwork activities and site preparation initiatives. Reporting to the Project Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin that ensures all physical site works advance in accordance with strategic timelines and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Implementation: Collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams to formulate comprehensive site development plans that align with broader project goals.
Site Supervision: Monitor the progress of all groundwork activities, including earthworks, foundational installations, and infrastructure setup to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of resources and adherence to contractual agreements.
Safety & Compliance Management: Enforce stringent site safety procedures and environmental guidelines to maintain a secure and sustainable working environment.
Budget Oversight: Assist in managing budget allocations for site development activities, tracking expenditures to prevent overruns.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the workmanship and materials used meet or exceed project specifications.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and post-completion evaluations to inform senior leadership and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site coordination, project facilitation, or related roles within resource-intensive or large-scale operational settings.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple aspects of site development while adhering to strict timelines and regulatory standards.
Strong understanding of environmental impact assessments, land use planning, and infrastructure project lifecycle.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, with solid organizational and analytical acumen.
