About the Role

The Site Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects related to the planning, design, and timely execution of property enhancement projects within the region. This position requires a blend of technical oversight, vendor coordination, compliance management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure that every site under our management meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Lead the scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgetary targets.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with external service providers, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and quality benchmarks.
Quality Assurance: Monitor all site developments for compliance with applicable regulations, safety standards, and KCB Group’s internal policies.
Site Evaluation & Optimization: Conduct detailed evaluations of existing sites, recommending and coordinating improvements that enhance utility, aesthetic appeal, and long-term value.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including finance, legal, and client engagement teams to align development activities with organizational goals.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of development progress, regulatory approvals, and quality control checks; prepare detailed regular reports for senior management review.
Risk Management: Identify potential site-related risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing site-related development or enhancement projects.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex scheduling requirements.
Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory requirements and health & safety standards applicable to site development.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving aptitude and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
