Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the urban landscape.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in urban planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in managing urban development projects from concept to completion.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex urban challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
