About Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar:

We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team in the role of Game Day Experience Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience during game days and events at our establishment
- Coordinate and host interactive activities to engage guests and create a lively ambiance
- Work closely with the team to ensure all aspects of the game day experience run smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about sports and entertainment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience in customer service or event coordination is a plus
