Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier talent to support our innovative projects.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create job descriptions accordingly.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
