Job Title: Creative Spaces Developer

Location: Bremen, Germany

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts for interior spaces
Design and implement creative solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our properties
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards
Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best materials and furnishings
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design offerings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in space planning, interior design, or a similar role
Strong creative vision and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
