Position: Multicultural Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver specialized multicultural training programs to enhance cultural awareness and understanding within the organization.
Create and implement innovative training strategies tailored to promote inclusivity and diversity among employees.
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and facilitate cross-cultural communication.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering diversity and inclusion training programs.
Strong understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity in a corporate setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
