Position: Talent Scout
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, identify, and attract top talent through various channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Evaluate candidate applications, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
