Job Title: Cultural Experience Coordinator

Location: Schleswig-Holstein, Germany

Responsibilities:

Design and implement multicultural experiences for guests visiting our facilities.
Collaborate with different departments to integrate cultural elements into our services and offerings.
Organize events and activities that promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
Develop partnerships with local cultural organizations to enhance our guests' experiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong appreciation for cultural diversity and a passion for promoting inclusivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage projects effectively and work well in a team.
