We are actively seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Stockholms län. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing strategic talent initiatives to nurture a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute talent development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent needs and succession planning strategies
Implement innovative recruitment approaches to attract top talent in various fields
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive workplace
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to foster professional growth and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in talent development, employee training, or related HR functions
Strong understanding of talent management strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
