We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team at the Royal New Zealand SPCA on the North Island. As a Building and Property Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of building projects for our organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to plan, design, and execute construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections of our properties to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
