Job Description:

Lead and facilitate immersive wilderness experiences for diverse groups
Create a supportive and inclusive environment for participants
Develop and implement engaging outdoor activities that promote teamwork and personal growth
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during excursions
Collaborate with fellow staff members to enhance the overall outdoor education programs

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and experiential learning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Ability to adapt to changing environments and unexpected challenges
Previous experience in outdoor education or guiding is a plus
