Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance issues
- Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and propose necessary changes to internal policies
- Assist in training employees on compliance requirements and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
