Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay with a smile and positive attitude
- Coordinate guest activities and ensure a seamless experience
- Provide local insights and recommendations to enhance guests' experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
