Position: Legal Affairs Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Manage legal risks and ensure the organization's interests are protected.
Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions.
Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
Proven experience in legal advisory roles.
Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
