Position Overview:

As a Discoveries Specialist, you will be responsible for curating unique and immersive experiences that showcase the rich culture and beauty of our region. Your role will involve designing and organizing engaging activities, excursions, and events that cater to the interests of our community members, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate memorable travel experiences within Nebraska and surrounding areas.
Develop partnerships with local attractions, accommodations, and tour operators to enhance our offerings.
Create themed itineraries and packages that highlight the best of what our region has to offer.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote Discoveries programs and initiatives.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction for all participants.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in travel planning, tour operations, or event coordination is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
