As a Wellness Ambassador at Ochsner Health, you will play a pivotal role in promoting active lifestyles, fostering community engagement, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized wellness plans for individuals based on their fitness goals and requirements.
Lead fitness classes, workshops, and seminars to educate and inspire participants towards healthier living.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated wellness programs for patients, employees, and the community.
Organize and coordinate fitness events, challenges, and initiatives to motivate individuals to prioritize their health.

Qualifications:

A background in exercise science, kinesiology, nutrition, or related fields.
Certification in fitness training, health coaching, or a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience in leading fitness activities and wellness programs.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
