We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. As a Gastronomy Experience Curator, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing the unique culinary experiences offered by our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and develop innovative gastronomic experiences that showcase the region's rich culinary heritage.
Create partnerships with local producers and artisans to source high-quality ingredients.
Design bespoke tasting menus and food pairings to delight our guests' palates.
Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained to provide a memorable dining experience.
Conduct food and wine workshops to educate guests on the region's gastronomic traditions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
Possess a deep understanding and appreciation of Friulian cuisine and wines.
Strong network within the local gastronomy scene.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating unforgettable culinary moments.
