Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze company policies and practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct research on laws and regulations relevant to our operations in order to provide guidance to internal teams.
- Assist in developing compliance programs and strategies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical business practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and improve processes.
- Regularly monitor and audit company activities to identify and address potential compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or Political Science.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards within the technology industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
