Position: Health and Wellness Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing customized health and wellness programs
- Conducting fitness assessments and creating personalized exercise plans
- Providing nutritional guidance and support
- Leading group fitness classes and individual training sessions
- Monitoring and tracking clients' progress towards their health goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a related field
- Certification in Personal Training or group fitness instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Team player with a positive attitude
